Submitting a form does not guarantee that we will accept, promote, list, advertise, or partner with any individual, business, venue, restaurant, bar, brewery, or event.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, remove, edit, or decline any listing, promotion, partnership, advertisement, sponsorship, or submission at our discretion.

3. Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry, event, promotion, advertising opportunity, sponsorship opportunity, or related services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

You understand that submitting your contact information is not a condition of purchase.

4. User Submissions

If you submit event details, venue details, logos, photos, videos, descriptions, business information, or promotional materials, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it;
• The content does not violate another party’s rights;
• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
• The content does not contain unlawful, offensive, misleading, or harmful material.

By submitting content, you grant JaxWatchParties permission to use, display, edit, publish, and promote that content for business, marketing, social media, advertising, sponsorship, and event-related purposes.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific results, including attendance, sales, leads, bookings, revenue, engagement, exposure, followers, impressions, clicks, or business outcomes.

Any examples, estimates, projections, or past results are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future performance.

6. Payments and Refunds

If paid services are offered, pricing, payment terms, billing schedules, and package details will be provided at the time of purchase or in writing before payment is completed.

Payments are refundable only before promotional work begins. Promotional work includes, but is not limited to, creating, editing, scheduling, preparing, publishing, or placing a listing, post, story, campaign placement, sponsor mention, advertisement, promotional asset, or related marketing material.

Once a listing, post, story, campaign placement, sponsor mention, advertisement, or promotional asset has been created, scheduled, prepared, published, or otherwise begun, payments are non-refundable.

If JaxWatchParties is unable to deliver the purchased promotion or service, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

Event cancellations, venue changes, date changes, low attendance, low engagement, customer dissatisfaction with results, or circumstances outside of JaxWatchParties’ control do not automatically qualify for a refund once promotional work has begun.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, copy, graphics, layouts, designs, and materials created by JaxWatchParties are owned by or licensed to JaxWatchParties, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or use our materials without written permission.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as social media networks, CRM tools, SMS providers, email providers, payment processors, analytics tools, advertising platforms, website platforms, or other technology providers.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, account restrictions, fees, content removals, algorithm changes, payment issues, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JaxWatchParties is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, lost exposure, low attendance, reputational harm, or other business losses.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JaxWatchParties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
